How long does an Outsourced HR package last?
There is no limit on our outsourced HR package contract lengths. As our standard notice period is 3 months, you also aren’t tied in for a prolonged period. We also allow you to roll unused time over from one month to the next. That way, if you don’t use all your HR support in one month, you can use it the following month! So outsourcing your HR provision was never easier or more focused on your needs. Our first engagement with you will be to complete a HR health check of where you currently are against the legal requirements for your organisation. We then provide a report of recommendations of what you need to become totally compliant. From there, it’s up to you! You provide the issues, we will provide the high quality HR advice!
What if I don't want to commit to an outsourced HR package?
That’s absolutely fine! We are happy to provide one off project support that will meet you needs.But remember, our outsourced HR packages have no long tie ins and only a 3 month notice period.
